Fix boot black screen and mode-select touch Y-axis mapping.
...
Send POWER_ON before slow peripheral init, enable backlight at LCD init,
init W25Q128 early, and avoid App_Auto preset load deadlock. Disable
LCD dump by default and enlarge UI thread stack for stable drawing.

fix XPT2046 sampling to IRQ-only with stable screen mapping.

Reject idle ADC noise (y stuck at full scale) that caused ghost clicks; keep Y-mirror mapping for mode-select.

Fix mode-select focus and touch pipeline; add return-to-home gesture.
