Release 0.2.3: fix local song HKTK load/play and keep tone map logs.
Use 41KB preset buffer with compressed 2.bin, expert/normal StartWithNote path, Flash Map address logs, and ship flash-mode/hub assets plus flash helpers.

Fix boot black screen and mode-select touch Y-axis mapping.
Send POWER_ON before slow peripheral init, enable backlight at LCD init,
init W25Q128 early, and avoid App_Auto preset load deadlock. Disable
LCD dump by default and enlarge UI thread stack for stable drawing.

Increase preset buffer size to 40KB.
Raise PRESET_BUFFER_SIZE from 20KB to 40KB to accommodate larger preset data in AutoBand.
