yuquanjun 05ccf28a4b Release 0.2.8: harden BLE SysEx receive path for app stability. 
Bump firmware version after BT recv stack/log fixes and pitch/chord bounds so Phoenix Atelier map/LED traffic no longer stack-smashes the MCU.
