yuquanjun 3b0f5479ba feat(amp): BLE SysEx R/W for AD85050 CH2 EQ RAM and I2C scan 
Expose 0xA0-0xAE via 07 00/01 nibble-coded frames, add RAM helpers, and host scan/test scripts.
