drm/rockchip: dw_hdmi: improve readability of unknown property 

The original set the property error message:
[drm:dw_hdmi_rockchip_set_property] *ERROR* failed to set
rockchip hdmi connector property

This patch will output the useful information as below:
[drm:dw_hdmi_rockchip_set_property] *ERROR* Unknown property
[PROP:198:hdmi_color_depth_capacity]
